Wine Conditioner

Wine Conditioner reduces harshness in finished wine by sweetening. It is a combination sugar and sorbate solution to add to finished wine to add residual sweetness, the sorbate helps in preventing refermentation. Also useful to turn a dry wine into a sweet wine. The perfect compliment to sweetening wines made with any of the Vintner's Harvest Wine Bases
Add to taste in wine that is completely done fermenting, usually up to 4 ounces per 5 gallons of wine.
Ingredients: liquid invert sugar and potassium sorbate.
The solution is 76-78 brix.
