This Hard Cider kit gives you the ingredients you need to make hard cider using juice from your favorite local orchard! You will need 5-6 gallons of apple juice (cider) from your local orchard. To make hard cider juices cannot have Potassium Sorbate or Sorbic Acid in it!! Pasteurized juice is perfectly acceptable.
The 1 oz. and 2 oz. packets of adjusters will be sufficient for 15-20 gallons of cider. A few extra packets of Cider yeast are all you will need to make more than 5 gallons.

- 2 oz. Potassium Metabisulphite - to kill wild yeast before fermentation
- 1 oz. Pectic Enzyme - to break down cells for fermentation
- 2 oz. Yeast Nutrient - vitamins for your yeast so they create the best flavors
- 2 oz. Acid Blend - needed to adjust pH to keep yeast and your taste buds happy
- 1 oz. Wine Tannin - a flavor booster
- 1 oz. Sparkolloid Powder - a plant based clearing agent

To use this kit, you will need a wine or beer making equipment kit large enough to make 5 gallons of Hard Cider. Not included with this kit.
